How to become an ARISE coach?
1. Pre-qualification process
- Certified Coach or HR Practitioner
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience (as a coach and/or HR practitioner)
- Demonstrated coaching experience in dealing with clients

2. ARISE Coaching certification program (1 day - free)
- Next ARISE Coaching certification virtual session (dates to be announced).
Creation of coach profile
Once a coach has been certified and approved, ARISE Admin needs to upload their profile in the ARISE Holistic Platform, set-up payment mechanism (split payment to Coach & ARISE: coach hourly rate input, commission percentage paid to ARISE).
