How to become an ARISE coach?

1. Pre-qualification process

Certified Coach or HR Practitioner
Minimum of 5 years’ work experience (as a coach and/or HR practitioner)
Demonstrated coaching experience in dealing with clients

2. ARISE Coaching certification program (1 day - free)

Next ARISE Coaching certification virtual session (dates to be announced).

Creation of coach profile

Once a coach has been certified and approved, the ARISE team will upload their profile in the ARISE Leadership Platform, and provide simple instructions for the ARISE coach to follow to get started.
