Gabriela Loureiro
Co-Founder, CEO
Gabi has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources—including 15 years in executive leadership—she has built high-performing cultures, transformed work environments, and enabled organizations to achieve both their strategic objectives and the continuous development of their people. She began her career in major consulting groups in Brazil, supporting CPG leaders in the brewery (Ambev, now InBev) and tobacco (Souza Cruz) sectors. She then developed deep expertise in the media and publishing industry at Editora O Dia—a Rio-based conglomerate with newspaper, radio, and TV operations—and later expanded this knowledge in Canada during her seven years at BAM Strategy, a Level company, in the digital marketing sector. There, she supported teams with global brands from Procter & Gamble, 3M, Pepsi, Danone, Beiersdorf, and others. Her passion for dynamic, fast-paced environments also led her to contribute to the telecommunications (Ericsson) and video game (GlobalStep) industries. Most recently, she played a key strategic role as VP Human Resources in the exponential growth of ROSE LifeScience, guiding its evolution from a Quebec start-up into one of the top three cannabis organizations in Canada. Drawing on an international career that spans public institutions, large corporations, and fast-scaling start-ups—and on her experience working with executives, entrepreneurs—Gabi now channels her expertise into creating highly engaging, positive, and sustainable workplaces. She is dedicated to supporting leaders in their development journeys and elevating organizational performance on a global scale. Building on this passion and purpose, Gabi founded ARISE Human Capital, where she continues to apply her experience and vision to help organizations create thriving cultures and unlock the full potential of their people.

Gabi is a Brazilian psychologist from Rio de Janeiro, graduated at Universidade Estácio de Sá with a specialization in Organizational Behavior. She also holds accreditation in Jungian personality-type assessment and earned certifications in Wellness Coaching and Lifestyle Medicine from Harvard Medical School.
My Wellbeing
Raised by the ocean, I've always found balance and energy in being close to the water. Today, I recharge through long walks at our lakeside chalet, swimming, hiking, and joining my four children in various sports. Walking is my ritual for re-energizing, reflecting, and finding inspiration through my connection with nature.

Tamara is a strategic commercial leader with a passion for helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience at global companies such as Procter & Gamble, Abbott Nutrition, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, and Merck Canada, she brings a proven track record of driving growth, transformation, and lasting results. She has also built organizations from the ground up in fast-moving sectors like Dental and Cannabis, where she created high-performance teams, scalable structures, and thriving workplace cultures that positioned those businesses as industry leaders. What sets Tamara apart is her people-first approach. She knows that sustainable business performance comes from investing in human capital—through continuous learning, coaching and mentorship, diversity and inclusion, and incentive systems that align company, team, and individual goals. Her clients value her ability to blend strategic foresight with hands-on experience to design organizations where people thrive and businesses excel.

Always striving for balance & wellbeing, I've found my emotional and physical release through Spinning, Kayaking & Tennis and my creative inspiration—and sense of zen—through painting (preferably with friends or with my daughter).
