Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Assessment results and recommendations are provided for informational and developmental purposes only. They should not be used as the sole basis for employment, promotion, or other personnel decisions. We are not responsible for decisions made based on assessment results.

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.
